Core Community Guidelines
- Respect and Civility: All interactions must remain respectful. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or personal attacks against other members or staff are strictly prohibited. Users are expected to maintain a tone that fosters a welcoming environment for players of all ages.
- Content Standards: All posts, signatures, and profile information must remain family-friendly (PG). Content that is NSFW, violent, hateful, or sexually evocative is not permitted. This includes avoiding the discussion of illicit substances or illegal activities.
- Forum Etiquette: Do not spam the forums with repetitive content or advertisements. Use the appropriate sub-forums for specific topics. Keep discussions civil; avoid inciting drama or fueling malicious arguments.
- Ticket System Usage: The ticket system is for official support and reporting issues. Do not abuse this system by submitting false reports or spamming staff. Please allow reasonable time for staff to respond to your inquiry.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all actions taken by your account. Only one account per user is permitted to prevent ban evasion. Do not impersonate other users or community figures.
- Fair Play and Integrity: Do not share, promote, or discuss methods for cheating, hacking, or exploiting the game or the website. This includes the distribution of malicious software or unauthorized game modifications.
Enforcement and Punishments
To ensure the sustainability of the community, a tiered approach to discipline is necessary. The severity of the punishment should be proportional to the infraction, calculated by the frequency and nature of the violation.
- Warnings: Initial minor infractions will result in a formal warning recorded on the user’s account.
- Account Deactivation: Repeated violations or severe breaches of the rules (such as harassment or malicious spamming) will result in the temporary or permanent deactivation of the user’s account.
- IP Bans: In extreme cases, such as persistent ban evasion, severe toxicity, or coordinated attacks on the website infrastructure, an IP ban will be issued to prevent further access to the hub (website).
Staff members reserve the right to interpret these rules to maintain the health of the community. If a user feels a punishment was applied in error, an appeal process via the ticket system is available.
